Valentine's Day Marmalade

Vivien demonstrated the art of making award winning marmalade at Dalemain on February 14th

Vivien returned to Dalemain for the 2010 World's Original Marmalade Festival.
On the second day of the  festival, Valentine's Day, Vivien made Seville Orange
marmalade and answered answered a wide range of questions.
Vivien made 40lb of marmalade during the day which was donated to the festival's
charity Hospice at Home
