How to create jewel coloured jams. Learn how to prepare and cook the fruit, to add sugar at the right time and to finish the jam to give a perfect set.

Chutneys
Discover the craft of traditional, smooth chutneys prepared and cooked using slow methods. Make a chutney which once matured will be full of balanced flavours.
